1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.Zephyrian

2. How to Initiate a Return

Simply email us at returns@purelytanned.com within the 30-day window to start the process. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.Zephyrian

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

For customers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies. You can cancel your purchase—no reason needed—as long as the items are unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.Zephyrian
